About Saibaba Art Gallery
The inspiration of Sai has no borders. That happened with Mr. Hemant Wani, his worship of Baba began in the early years of life. Born in Shirdi on Thursday 21st Jan 1982 to Mr.Shivaji Wani and Mrs. Pramila Wani, who served for Sai Baba Sansthan all their life. This affirmed Hemant’s faith in Baba.
Awards and prizes in art, since school days, encouraged him – and soon the world saw the artist of an eminent expression in unique compositions on canvas. Gradually this hobby turned into his profession and Hemant completed his degree of G.D. art from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune.
Hemant’s paintings were appreciated and displayed by Shri Saibaba Sansthan, at various museums and donation halls across Shirdi. Hemant has immensely contributed towards Sansthan. One of his masterpieces and Illustrations are in Sansthan’s book.
He won several awards, a prominent one is the Bombay Art Society Award in the year 2003. His paintings are now in several countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, UK-London, USA, Japan, and Australia.
The work has reached households of eminent personalities from various backgrounds including sports, politics, and the film fraternity. Some of his clientele include Sachin Tendulkar, Ambani, Narendra P.M. Modiji, Raj Thakare, Udhav Thakare, eminent singers such as Asha Bhosale & Sudesh Bhosale, Suresh Wadekar, and Art director Nitin Desai.
Hemant’s paintings have been displayed in various art galleries across Shirdi and Mumbai including a grand exhibition at Bandra Kurla complex. Over the years his work has paintings have reached an appreciation and success is following him.
